The purpose of Englewood HIgh School's Academic Achievement Initiative (AAI) is to take focused and bold action to ensure equity for all implementing:

• Data-driven instruction that is rigorous, equitable, and done with fidelity

• Staff support that is systemic, relevant, needs-based, and ongoing

• Systems to ensure that all students meet District and State graduation requirements and that all graduates are college and career ready
