Motor Mount
The motor mount was modeled using the solid works sheet metal feature
It was fabricated in the DIB Makerspace building using extra steel sheet metal
The laser cutter and shear press to create bends were both employed
-Final product
-Flattened CAD for laser cutting

Rod Clamp with Coupler Attachment
-securely holds to the rod and constrains the coupler horizontally
the coupler end can still rotate around the smooth section of the bolt as needed when
one side that constrains the coupler (near in image) is threaded to provide a snug fit when tightened
-Finished product
-design dimensions followed when machining the piece out of stock aluminum
-Further overview of product with iterations
Crank and Coupler
The crank and coupler were modeled to produce our desired angle of 17 degrees of motion each direction in fusion 360
The crank and rocker were water jetted out
Sleeve bearings were later press fit in to accommodate the rods rotating during the driving motion
-Annotated fusion design
-Final product
