This images shown below display the final design of the test fixture. There is two steel clamping plates and silicone strips between the transducer chips for compression sealing. The manifolds on each side of the transducer chips are 3D printed with VeroClear and are stackable for metamaterial compatibility. This so one can test multiple channel at a time if necessary.
In the center of the test bed is the PVDF that the channels are being milled into. Each PVDF chip that is stacked contains one 0.5mm triangular channel milled using a chamfer tool. The are silver chloride electrodes at the inlet and outlet that protrude out of the fixture making it so a multimeter can be hookup up to the system in order to measure voltage production.
