Experimental Setup for Isolated TEC with Heat Sink Unit Testing

This setup was used to compare aluminum heat sinks vs the custom 3D printed heat sink.

The setup consisted of:

• Aluminum Heat sink or Custom TPU heat sink 

• Thermal Electric Cooling (TEC) Device 

• Cylindrical Fan 

• Two Thermal Couples 

A thermal couple would be placed on the cold side and another on the hot side of the TEC. This was used to view which heat sink dissipated more heat from the system.
