To observe the physical surface roughness of the original duct models and testing purposes, 3D copies of it were produced.
The original duct was manufactured via PLA material as it is the most commonly used material in 3D printing. After observing its roughness, it was not used as it would interfere with data collection.
The duct for testing was manufactured via Resin material due to its smoothness. Due to Resin printer size limitations, the duct was individually sliced into five different pieces printed one at a time and assembled together using a series of pegs, holes. and epoxy.
