For my clock pendulum I made it a Beetle. I was motivated to do a Beetle because recently I based a school project off of the band Beatles, so I decided to incorporate that into my pendulum clock. Additionally I chose a Beetle because they are symmetrical (which helped with balance) for the most part and could be easily drawn. I didn't have many difficulties with the design or maintaining the center of gravity below the rotational point because of the Beetle's symmetry. The Fusion360 helped a lot with maintaining symmetry caused by human error as well, as I used the mirror feature to ensure that both sides would be exact and that the pendulum would not go off balance.
