The clock project's main purpose is to analyze, simulate, and produce a model of a working pendulum clock. It taught me how to use AutoCAD and Fusion360, and compare analytical predictions such as point mass and inertial analysis to real life meaurements. Challenges that I faced while doing the clock project was problems importing files to different softwares such as Fusion360 to AutoCAD to WM2D.
The most important outcomes was the comparison from analytic predictions to real life measurements, such as comparing the predicted point mass, and frequency/time that the pendulum underwent. And the most important I would think is to come out with a working pendulum model and learning to use the softwares that come with its production.
