Step 1: Insert the Eppendorf tube with the prepared sample in the cartridge.

Step 2: Insert the cartridge into the housing. Make sure the pins are connected with the PCB circuit inside the housing.

Step 3: Push the start button to turn on the prototype. Press the most right button to start the PCR cycle.

Step 4: The transferring of data needs to be done manually since the microcontroller is not connected to the laptop.
