Project Management Strategy

How It Was Planned:

We created this Gantt chart as a framework in order to execute our team's main objectives for strain measurement system for soft tissue. Although the closure of laboratories and schools at the beginning of the pandemic occurred, we were able to perform almost all of the following tasks according to plan while the blue sections also had sub-tasks. The development of the code was separated into parts which consisted of code to automatically take the image and import it into the directory for immediate use and other parts to analyze the images taken. The testing executed with the elastic bands consisted of strain-stress curves and resolution testing while the testing with biological tissues was executed with chicken skin and produced creep curves.
