How It Works

Step #1: Cell Culture

20x methionine and 0.1x, 1x and 2x insulin was added to cells.

Step #2: Spectral Acquisition

Lipid droplet spectra were acquired from 50-3200 cm^-1

Step #3: Data Analysis

Peak intensity values were measured. Analysis of variance (ANOVA)

and Tukey’s Multiple Comparison tests were performed.

Step #4: Biological Interpretation

Biologically significant conclusions were drawn based on literature.
