The final design for the bladder was determined using SolidWorks Flow Simulation. The simulation's objective was to determine to channel design that would optimize the flow distribution throughout the vest.

The final design features tapered side tubing decreasing from 19mm at the top to 12.5mm at the bottom.

The horizontal tubings also have varying diameters. The Interior diameter of the top tubes are 4.5mm and Increase to 7.5mm at the bottom.

This simulation provided the exact dimensions that were necessary to ensure that the flow In the vest would be evenly distributed throughout all the channels.
