The Central Electronic Workshop, located in the Faculty of Engineering premises of the University of Peradeniya, has been in existence since the early 1970’s. It offers free services to the entire university, including repairing electrical & electronics equipment, testing, calibrating, and at times fabricating and designing circuits to suit the needs. These jobs span a wide spectrum; to name a few, repairs to Biomedical apparatus (belonging to Medical and Dental Faculties), TV monitors, Computers, Power Supplies, Motors, and other electrical Items.
