Faculty of Engineering has established in 1963, a few years after the founding of the university, Faculty of Engineering is one of the oldest faculties at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). The Faculty first offered programs in mechanical technology and electrical technology to prospective high-school graduates in 1964. Then, in 1969, the programs were expanded to include vocational-school graduates. The first two departments; mechanical technology and electrical technology, were later renamed Department of Mechanical Engineering and Department of Electrical Engineering, respectively.
Faculty of Engineering is committed to train engineers and develop technology for international community. We offer the highest quality programs for undergraduate and graduate levels. There are 9 engineering departments covering 19 bachelor’s, 13 master’s and 8 doctoral programs. For undergraduate programs, 6 English / International Engineering programs were taught within the faculty.

Take the Airport Rail Link from Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Makkasan station, walk along the Skywalk (500 meters) to Phetchaburi MRT - Blue Line. Take MRT Blue Line travel to Tao Poon station. Transit to MRT - Purple Line travel to: Wong Sawang station. Take taxi to KMUTNB, the fare ranges for taxi is from about 60 - 90 THB (8 km.) depending on the traffic condition.
