What is the PTO?

The TEECS PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) brings parents, teachers, and staff together to support our students. We plan family events, celebrate our teachers and staff, and raise funds for programs and resources that make a difference at TEECS.

Who can join?

Every TEECS family is welcome! Membership runs for the school year and can be purchased online at any time.

How much does membership cost, and what do I get?

Memberships start at $25 (Tiger Club), which includes our PTO WhatsApp group, a school calendar fridge magnet, voting rights at PTO meetings, the PTO newsletter, and member-only events. Higher levels (Tiger Circle, Tiger Champion, and Tiger Visionary) add extra perks and recognition. See all the details on our Join the PTO page.

Where does the money go?

PTO funds support family events, teacher and staff appreciation, classroom and school resources (like the EBSCO research database), enrichment programs, the Sunshine Fund, and annual PTO scholarships. Because we use Zeffy, 100% of what you give goes to TEECS, with no platform fees.

How can I help if I don't have much time?

Every little bit counts! You can sign up to volunteer at a single event, make a donation, or shop with RaiseRight, where everyday gift card purchases earn money for TEECS. Visit our Volunteer, Donate, and RaiseRight pages to get started.

When are PTO meetings?

The PTO holds general meetings during the school year, and all families are welcome to attend. Meeting dates are shared with families ahead of time, and minutes and slides are posted on our PTO Meetings page.

Who is on the PTO Board?

Our 2026-2027 board is Michael Rockman (President), Tava Everson (Vice President), Namita Majmudar (Treasurer), Madhu Sonti (Secretary), Shreya Doshi (Fundraising Lead), and Anam Husein (Volunteer Coordinator). Meet them on our PTO Board page.
