Keynote and Lightning Talk Presenters

Please send your final presentation slides no later than Monday, February 2 at noon (MT). You can send your final slides to wg-SC-Proposals@sandia.gov or by saving them in this shared Google Drive folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1f07cGIqtTCN08IwZ6ZILNzTqhSV2aWQw?usp=drive_link

Photography and Recording Notice: presentations will be recorded (if you prefer not to be photographed, please notify organizers)

Poster Presenters

On Tuesday, February 3rd, we will have a Poster Summary Blitz from 5:00 PM MT to 5:30 PM MT where each presenter will deliver a one-minute elevator pitch (using one slide).

·        Posters must not exceed dimensions of 4 feet by 4 feet. We will provide pushpins for hanging.

Following the Poster Summary Blitz, we will hold a Poster Session and RUMP Session for informal technical discussions from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM MT (refreshments included).
