Distance Internship Application

Complete this application if your internship is either:

• Too far to commute from Endicott College, or

• Scheduled in a way that conflicts with the weekly internship seminar

To complete the application:

• Sign into Okta

• Click on the Etrieve tile 

• Search for and click on the Distance Internship Course Application Form.

Internship Expense Fund Application  

Apply for financial support to help offset costs associated with required internships. Funded by generous donors, these awards aim to reduce barriers and expand access to experiential learning, with amounts based on available funding.  Preference is given to semester-long internships that are unpaid.  (Please note that the application deadline for fall (Aug. 1) has passed and the application is currently disabled.  It will be re-activated ahead of the Dec. deadline for winter).

MBTA Pass 

Apply to receive a discounted Semester T Pass; passes are available to students in the fall and spring semesters.

Semester Internship Travel Stipend 

Complete the stipend application if travel to your semester internship is 20 miles or more each way.

Understand the process for requesting and implementing accommodations in internships.

Background Checks 

Provide background checks, drug tests, and other compliance records if your internship and co-op site requires it.  DISA (formerly CastleBranch) partners with Endicott to enable students to provide this information when needed.

Health Records for Sites 

Request verification of immunization and other health records for internship sites that require it.

Define learning objectives, responsibilities, and expectations for your internships.
