This is one of the several makerbots in the Angle Makerspace. This is the 5th generation. It has a moving base plate and extruder. The extruder can heat up to over 200 degrees Celsius.
This is very similar to the 5th generation but this is a new version. There are countless designs that can be printed on these.

Save your file as an .stl. This type of file slices your project so the printer understands where the filament should be laid.
