This is when we establish the core concept, the sole of your project that will hold all design elements together, as a seamless marriage between colour, texture, form, and light. We convey our vision with coloured sketches, 3D renderings, samples, images and layouts, organized in a thoughtful manner. This is also the phase when any custom-designed pieces or treatments would be sketched for your review.

In this phase it is all about the detail. We prepare a set of accurate design drawings and specifications, demonstrating every detail about your project, including all materials, finishes, fixtures approved by you, including any custom application. We also establish a viable framework, a full estimate that works towards your budget and timeframe for specific milestones of the project.

Our team of professionals come together to make your future project a reality from contractors, designers, architects, to landscapers. Our trades pride themselves on quality work and attention to detail, striving for complete customer satisfaction each and every time. We oversee the sub-contractors and ensure work is progressing on schedule and as planned. We meet with you weekly to address any of your concerns.

Following construction, we coordinate the delivery and installation of your new furnishings, accessories and artwork. We bring our cleaning and styling crew to assemble and thoughtfully place every piece in its designated space. This a culmination of your home transformation! Before we conclude our time together, we do a final walk-through with you and note any remaining small items needing attention for completion of the project. We also hand over your project binder containing all documents for your future reference.
