An issued certificate is NO MORE subject to correction. Ensure that all the details provided here are correct before you submit this application.  After you submit your application, you are privileged to chat an evaluator using the comment icon as displayed in the image below when you view your submitted application. You will also receive an email if you are required by an evaluator to provide more information or make any change on your application. This request for change only happens when your equipment status is "Ongoing"
