Pages not loading?
Most issues can generally be solved by using Google Chrome as your browser, if you're using Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari you may experience technical problems. Download it here!
Google Chrome issues?
Are you using Google Chrome but things are still not loading?
Clear your cache, this should clear up most issues.
Have you lost work?
Edmentum has an auto-save feature, but you will want to complete work in Google Docs if you do not have a reliable internet connection
Is your test locked?
You can unlock your mastery tests by yourself up to 3 times by going back through the tutorial. If you do this more than 3 times or the test is a post test, your teacher will have to unlock it for you.
