Below you will find therapy resources from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy perspective. This is the main form of therapy used by our Student Wellbeing Coordinators and has a strong focus on self-compassion, acceptance and focusing on what is important in life. The resources below include COVID-19 specific support and ways to manage general anxiety and restlessness.
