Ryan Jones
Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator
Coach Jones was Associate Head Coach during the '21 season for your Eminence Warriors. He was announced as Head Coach prior to the '22 season. He is also the Head Softball Coach and PE/ Health teacher at Eminence Independent Schools. Coach Jones has been coaching for 21 years. He graduated in 2000 from Madison Central High School and was the starting quarterback for 3 years. Coach Jones won the Top Gun competition at the University of Kentucky Football Camp during the summer of '99. Upon graduation he was third in the state in all-time passing yards. He also played for the Madison Central High School basketball team and was a starter for the 11th region championship team in 1999. Coach Jones attended Georgetown College and was a member of both the 2000 and 2001 NAIA Football National Championship Team. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University and is in the process of continuing his studies at Campbellsville University.
Coach Jones was the Offensive Coordinator with Head Coach Mark Scenters with whom he has had a lot of success. They won the schools first Regional title at Garrard County High School and also the first Regional Championship at Madison Central High School in 2018. While at Madison Central High School he was also the Head Softball Coach for three years. During that time with the program four of his players signed to continue their softball careers at the collegiate level. One of his players was named to the KHSAA All State 1st Team.
Coach Jones is surrounded by a great family support system. Ryan and his wife Kristen have three children: Colten (14), Kayleigh (13), and Nash (6).

COACHING EXPERIENCE:
My coaching and teaching career has spanned 28 years, six years of those years were as head football coach at Atherton High School. I was involved with coaching in eight All-Star games, and my coaching experience includes the following coaching positions:
· Head Football Coach – Atherton 2000-2006
· Offensive Coordinator – 13 years
· Offensive Line Coach – 25 years
· Running Back Coach – 2 years
· Quarterback Coach – 1 year
· Defensive Line Coach – 9 years
· Special Teams Coach – 24 years
· Strength and Conditioning – 25 years
· Power Lifting – 9 years
· Track and Field – 2 years
COACHING ACHIEVEMENTS:
Over the years I have held administrative positions in addition to coaching positions. I have been recognized as a leader on and off the field, including the following:
· Inducted into the Legends Hall of Fame 2018 GLFCA
· Recipient of the Paulie Miller “Burning Desire” award ( Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Celebration 2005)
· Acted in Leadership/ Administrator Role in the GLFCA All-Star Games
· President of the Greater Louisville Football Coaches Association (when)
· Vice President of the Greater Louisville Football Coaches Association (when)
· Coaching Clinic Speaker on numerous occasions

Larry Montgomery
Team Chaplin/TE Coach
Larry Montgomery has a strong background in the community and a proven track record of success, he is well-known for his dedication to making a positive impact on those around him. Whether through his involvement in local organizations or his commitment to helping his neighbors, Larry is always striving to make a difference in the lives of those in his community. With his friendly and approachable nature, he has earned the trust and respect of all those who know him and is a true asset to the people of Eminence. He has held every position possible on the Eminence football staff. From team manager when he was in elementary school, he was an all-conference player on two 8-man state championship teams, Middle School Head Coach, Youth League coach, he has served as defensive coordinator multiple times and even Interim Head Coach & offensive coordinator directing the most prolific offense in school history. Larry feels his most important role as a Coach is to “Build Better Men”. He is an annoyingly proud Eminence Alumni who cares deeply about the young men he coaches and the Eminence Warriors football program. Off the field Larry is the Director of International Ministries for GO International where he has traveled globally and serves as an Associate Pastor at Henry Christian Church. He is married to Jennifer a middle school teacher at Eminence and is the father of Ashton and Elijah.
Brandon White
Secondary Coach
Coach White is from Erlanger, KY where he attended St. Henry High School and where he played basketball, track & field and baseball. He went on to play football at the University of Kentucky from 1997-2000 and was a nationally ranked heavyweight boxer in 1998 & 1999 on UK’s club team. He began coaching as an assistant in Lexington at the youth level and continued coaching in Louisville where he was a head coach for the East End Warriors. Coach White has coached football, continues to coach AAU basketball for Oldham United, but has a passion for the game of football for what it teaches young men what they can become. He owns his own company and loves to develop others to help them reach their potential. He is driven by his wife, Kelly, and their three sons. Go Warriors!
Tom Hawkins

Coach Hawkins has been married for 48 years to Mary. They have been blessed with three wonderful children ages 60, 58, and 55. Their family has continued to grow blessing them with 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Assistant Offensive Line Coach
Between running the youth program and being an assistant coach for the middle school, I’ve coached Eminence kids for eight years. My own playing days were spent as a lineman. For that reason, I am excited to be helping with the offensive line for the high school.
Chris Craddock
Cornerbacks Coach/ Facility & Equipment Manager
For the past 4 seasons at Eminence Independent High School coach Craddock has been an assistant coach of the varsity softball team and volunteer of the athletic program. He is excited to add cornerbacks coach to his resume this season.
