Mrs. Emily Yeh Chow is a very active piano instructor and a choir conductor. She has more than 40 years of piano teaching and abundant experience with piano students ranging from 3 -18 years old.

Mrs. Chow is a member of the Music Teachers National Association, Texas Music Teacher Association and Austin District Music Teacher Association. She has owned her piano studio in Austin, Texas since 1995. Her students have received many awards in local, state, national and international level competitions. Her teaching not only covers technical training but also emphasizes musical expression, performance experience and theory.

Mrs. Chow was born in Taiwan. She graduated from the music department at Tainan University of Technology with a major in Piano Performance and later graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts, one of the best arts schools in the country, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Piano Performance. She continued her study of Piano Performance and received her Master's degree in Piano Performance at the University of Arizona. During this time, she also studied choral and orchestral conducting.

Mrs. Chow was invited to conduct the Austin Chinese Choir in 2014 and performs formal concerts and community events yearly in Austin. Under her direction, the choir was invited and performed multiple times in Houston and traveled to Taiwan in 2017 on an invited concert tour. In 2019, they were invited to perform in Los Angeles by the Voice of Love Music Foundation.
