Inclusion Day at EMU is a free, fun, interactive, and educational event designed to bring awareness to adaptive sports and create an inclusive space for everyone, regardless of skill level or ability. Taking place on April 1st, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the EMU Rec/IM, this event invites participants to try adaptive sports such as wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball, and goalball in an encouraging and welcoming environment.

This free event is open to everyone, whether you're an experienced athlete, someone new to adaptive sports, or simply looking to learn more about them. No prior experience is needed—just come ready to have fun, try something new, and engage with a diverse and supportive community. Participants will have the opportunity to learn the rules, practice basic skills, and even compete in friendly games with experienced players and instructors who will guide them through each sport.
