About
I began mounting animals in 1980 at the young age of sixteen, while working at VanLeunens Sporting Goods Department. For seven years along with a friend, Keith McDine we mounted bear, deer, squirrel, turkey, and several other various animals. We both began our own businesses and stepped away from taxidermy.
Since starting Emerson's Taxidermy in 2020- I have mounted animals from Kentucky, Texas, Nebraska, Florida, Arkansas, New Mexico, Wyoming & Kansas. I now have animals from Africa.
