A big part of first grade is teaching independence in all areas (finding and using materials, tying shoes, zipping clothes/jackets, putting HW folder back into backpacks, completing homework to the best of their ability, etc). Please help to promote your child's independence and responsibility be guiding in these tasks without doing for them. Thank you all so much for your continued support, together we make a great team!
