Katherine Cressman Journalism Portfolio

Hi! My name is Katherine Cressman, and I am an upcoming sophomore Journalism major at Emerson College. My portfolio features articles that I have written for my school newspaper The Berkeley Beacon, and from my internship at Gannett|USA Today. I am committed to objectivity and work to center humanity in my writing. My goal upon graduating in December 2026 is to work as an investigative journalist with a focus in politics and government. Currently, I cover campus and city news in addition to working for The Boston Globe as a Copyediting Co-Op.
