Over the past year our club has welcomed a lot of new members to the El Macero family. With the continued success of this event and everyone's enthusiasm to participate, we anticipate another full field of 72 teams in 2025. With that in mind, and in order to align with the benefits laid out in each of our club's membership categories, the following process will be followed to log and accept registrations for the event:
The Registration Form below will go LIVE @ 10AM PDT on June 13th, 2025 for ALL member categories to register for entry into this year's Pheasant.
All submissions will be logged and date stamped in the order received. Registration does not guarantee a spot in the field. Registrations will be "accepted" following the process outlined below.
18x Hole Sponsors are accepted- Do not need to re-register.
Full Proprietary and Emeritus Member registrations received during the Priority Access period will be accepted immediately upon submission.
At 11:59PM PDT on June 15th, the Priority Access granted to our Proprietary and Emeritus Members will close. These members can continue to register after this window, but will no longer have Priority Access.
The remaining registrations submitted by 11:59PM PDT on June 15th will then be accepted based upon submission time.
All registrations received after June 16th will be accepted strictly by submission time.
Once we reach our capacity of 72 teams we will continue to maintain a waiting list to be utilized in the event of cancellations.
Cancellations will only be refunded if we are able to fill the spot.

Par 3 Contest (Thursday Morning) - $50
Open Horse Race (Thursday Afternoon - $50
Main Competition - THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, September 11th - 13th
Men's Club Members - $950 + $150 Mandatory Buy-in
Non-Men's Club Members - $1100 + $150 Mandatory Buy-in
Vertical Members - $1350 + $150 Mandatory Buy-in (logged registrations for non-dues paying verticals will only be accepted beginning on September 1st)
