THE RELATIONSHIP MODEL

 Too often professional relationships, whether among teams, across an organization or with key clients, have communication and collaborative breakdowns. Progress on your most important goals stalls and conflict causes unproductive friction or is avoided altogether.

The Relationship Model gives you a framework to form alignment, where individuals have a shared focus on outcomes with a respect for each other’s unique way of pursuing and accomplishing them.

The Relationship Model can be used individually by anyone willing to intentionally evaluate the effectiveness of their team relationships.

HOW IT WORKS

Each participant will complete a personal assessment and short intro videos sent via email prior to the workshop.

During the virtual or in person workshop, your Coach will walk you through interpreting your assessment results.

In the remainder of the workshop participants will learn the relationship model, assess case studies and apply the principles to a key relationship resulting in a personal action plan. After the workshop participants will attend a virtual coaching call to review discoveries from application.

Assessment completion: 20-30 minutes

Workshop: 4 hours

Group coaching session: 1 hour
