Hold a valid EPC/CDM referral from a GP
Receive a Disability Support Pension, hold a Health Care Card, or have limited income
Are an NDIS participant with restricted therapy funding
Experience financial hardship, housing stress, or unemployment
Belong to a priority group (First Nations, CALD, LGBTQIA+, regional/remote)
Provide your valid EPC/CDM referral before or at your first appointment (if applicable)
Complete a short screening form to help us assess your needs

Voyeur understanding that missed appointments may incur a $25 fee or require reassessment of subsidy eligibility
At Embodied Physiotherapy, we believe everyone deserves access to quality care, regardless of income, background, or circumstances. Our Equitable Access Program offers bulk‑billed and low‑cost physiotherapy to ensure you receive the support you need to move well and thrive.
Subsidised Low‑Cost EPC (Medicare) Sessions
Up to 5 low-fee sessions per year with a valid Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) or Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral from your GP
Tailored for individuals on limited income, pension, Health Care Cards, NDIS participants with restricted therapy budgets, or experiencing financial hardship
Affordable gap fees: $40–$80 depending on appointment type and circumstances.

*Fee based on eligibility. Full disability pensioners typically pay around 4–6% of their fortnightly income per session.
