Record audio narration for your PowerPoint presentation
Microsoft Office help page on utilizing the record feature within Microsoft Powerpoint to add narration to existing presentations. Article with multiple tips for divisions/schools and individual teachers to consider when supporting students with no or limited technology/internet resources at home. Highlights include sharing specific responsibilities amongst department/grade level teams, sharing transcripts of recorded lectures/meeting sessions, and utilization of lower data options (plain-text vs. fancy graphics, allowing students to join meetings through audio only, etc.) in order to decrease the burden on families’ internet or data plans.
