House Joint Resolution No. 844 Honoring Dr. J. Blaine Blayton
In 2003, the Virginia General Assembly passed House Joint Resolution No. 844 to honor Dr. J. Blaine Blayton who was "a dedicated, caring, and pioneering Williamsburg physician who practiced for more than 50 years" and a leader committed to "education and recreation in the Williamsburg community."
