Storyboard

Since I'm helping run a hackathon and the event is this weekend, I wanted to create a story involving signing up for it.

The ball, part of a student's room, notices the poster, wishes to sign up. Looks at the computer with an open browser and keyboard -- with an intent to type in the sign up link (shameless plug here).

The ball bounces towards the keyboard, but is too big to type any of the keys individually. Gibberish is typed, and the ball is sad.

Disney Principles of Animation

Staging is done through the zoom into the poster and the panning to the date and sign up link brings attention to them, simulating the point-of-view of the ball.

This is also applied to bring attention to the keyboard and monitor.

Squish and squash is done as the ball bounces toward its goal.
