For the Zen Toolkit project, I curated a personalized collection of practices and resources inspired by Zen principles to support mental wellness. Instead of physical tools, my toolkit consists of habits and strategies for mindful living. I compiled materials related to 10 specific Zen concepts, exploring one topic per week. The aim was to develop a comprehensive set of tools to navigate life's challenges with peace and mindfulness.
