This inspiring virtual event showcases the transformative power of Generative AI in K-12 education. This event is designed for teachers, administrators, and anyone passionate about the future of learning.
The day will begin with a keynote address by a leading expert in Generative AI, followed by breakout sessions led by K-12 educators who have successfully implemented AI tools in their school districts. You'll see firsthand how AI is being used to enhance creativity, personalize learning, and prepare students for the future.

Call for Proposals:
We invite K-12 educators, administrators, and staff to submit proposals for breakout sessions showcasing their innovative use of Generative AI. All proposals should include:
Title of presentation
Presenter(s) information
Target audience (grade level, subject area)
Learning objectives
Presentation summary (approximately 200-300 words)
Proposal Submission Deadline: February 18, 2025
Review Process:
A committee of experienced educators and AI experts will review all proposals and select the most innovative and impactful presentations for the event. Proposals will be scored using the following rubric.

Classroom Level:
A middle school English teacher's use of ChatGPT to create differentiated writing prompts and provide personalized feedback
Using AI art generators to enhance student engagement in elementary art classes while teaching digital literacy
Implementing AI-powered math tutoring to support individualized learning in high school algebra
School Level:
Building a school-wide AI literacy program that empowers students to be ethical AI users
Creating an AI policy framework balancing innovation with academic integrity
Developing teacher mentorship programs for AI integration across departments
Division Level:
Implementing district-wide professional development programs for AI literacy
Creating guidelines for ethical AI use across multiple schools
Designing cross-school collaborative projects using AI tools
Interactive Elements:
All breakout sessions will include demonstrations, interactive activities, and opportunities for participants to engage with the presenters and each other.
Deliverables:
Participants will leave each session with concrete takeaways, such as lesson plans, activity ideas, or resources to help them implement Generative AI in their classrooms.

Registration will open in March 2025 and will be free for all attendees.
