An absolute monarchy is a form of government in which the ruling monarch enjoys absolute control without limitations from a constitution or from law.
This sight is slanted by explaining absolute monarchy as enjoyable, it does stay true to there being no laws or limitations but by expressing a constitutional idea isn’t being followed they are showing slant towards liking America because it is the only country with a constitution.
