Virginia's Community Colleges System office hosts a variety of conferences and meetings throughout the year for a myriad of target audiences: senior leadership, administrators, faculty, staff, workforce development partners, and student leaders. Sponsorship of these gatherings provides a unique opportunity for businesses to showcase their organization and services to a dedicated audience.*

There are five (5) sponsor packages from which to choose per event, except where noted. There are no exhibitor-only options. All packages include the following standard sponsorship items *:
company logo/name prominently recognized on conference materials
exhibitor space (as space allows at the conference)
attendee list (opt-in attendee names, company, title)
*Sponsor attendance of sessions varies by event. Refer to the specific event for more details.
*Presenting a session is by invitation only, except for the New Horizons Conference. All sponsor levels for New Horizons include the option to present one (1) concurrent session that is open to all conference registrants to attend.

NEW HORIZONS CONFERENCE (spring)
New Horizons conference has evolved into the premier teaching and learning conference focused on student success and is hosted by Virginia's Community Colleges Student Success Center. This conference meets annually in the spring.
Target Audience: All VCCS employees are encouraged to attend since student success involves everyone. Attendees include but are not limited to: system and college leadership, board members, administrators, faculty, staff, student services professionals, and workforce professionals.
Average Attendance: 700 participants
Sessions: Sponsors may attend all sessions. All sponsor levels include the option to present one (1) concurrent session that is open to all conference registrants to attend.

The Administrative Services Conference brings together vice presidents, business managers, information technology personnel, human resources personnel, and facilities personnel from across Virginia's Community Colleges for a broad range of topics over the course of three days.
Average Attendance: 185 participants
Target Audience: vice presidents, business managers, information technology personnel, human resources personnel, and facilities personal across the VCCS
Sessions: Sponsor attendance of sessions is by invitation only. All sponsor levels include the option to present one (1) concurrent session that is open to all conference registrants to attend.

Over the years, this planning retreat has brought together key leaders and engaging national speakers to vision the future for Virginia's Community Colleges.
Average Attendance: 250 participants
Target Audience: presidents, their boards and the leadership teams from all 23 community colleges along with members of the State Board and agency partners
Sessions: All sessions are closed to sponsors. Admittance is by invitation only.
Sponsorship is limited to: Presenting, Platinum, and Gold levels only

The Hire Education conference pulls together the most innovative and creative minds in workforce and economic development, the business community, and state leaders to collaborate and share best strategies and new ways to better serve individuals and businesses in the commonwealth.
Target Audience: Virginia's Community College leadership, workforce development and academic leadership, board members, workforce partners, college administrators and staff

The Student Leadership Conference is an annual student event that is unique from other opportunities as it is the best way to connect directly with the heart of Virginia's Community Colleges - its students. This conference is held over the weekend and attracts student leaders from all over the Commonwealth, with invitations being guided by student activities leaders at each college. This high-energy conference is packed with sessions geared specifically for students in addition to various social events to promote engagement and collaboration among peers.
Average Attendance: 300 participants
Target Audience: VCCS leadership, students, faculty, and staff from all 23 community colleges
