Cambridge Dictionary is ran by the Cambridge University Press. It defines authoritarian as demanding that people obey completely and reusing to allow them freedom to act as they wish. While the wording of this definition is different than the others, the meaning is still the same. Based on the article that I viewed on this website, there are not any ads to provide evidence of whether it is slanted, but since it is ran by a university and is a dictionary, I am going to say that it is not slanted.
