Hello and welcome to my end-of-program portfolio. This is a collection of work that not only demonstrates the ways in which I am competent in the program's designated areas but also showcases the work that I am most proud of. In addition to the requisite competency pieces, resume, and vision statement, you will also find an additional section for an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Certificate. A navigation menu is available on the left side of each page of the portfolio so that the pages can be viewed in any order. The learning objectives for each core competency are listed at the top of the competency page. The learning outcomes that I demonstrate through my artifact and discuss in my essay are in bold italics. All artifacts are available as interactive, embedded versions and can be opened in new windows by clicking on the pop-out icon located in the top right corner of each file. 

I began my Master's degree in January of 2021 after five years of working as a Registered Nurse. Earning this degree, and establishing myself in a new career has been a phenomenal journey. I appreciate the time and energy you're dedicating to the task of assessing the knowledge and skills I have gained along the way.
