Facility Description
The Baltimore Clinical Simulation Center was recently renovated in 2017. The space was expanded to 12,000 sq./ft. The facility also has a large 60'X26' training room, in addition to two debriefing and lecture rooms. The space also includes a simulated operating room, four dedicated high fidelity simulated patient care areas with audio/visual monitoring equipment that is viewed from a dedicated control room.

There are four simulated patient care areas that have Audio/Video and recording capabilities for debriefing.
Simulated Operating Room
Simulated Operating Room
The simulated operating room has dedicated Audio/Video recording capabilities for debriefing up to two scenarios. The Operating Room also includes MedStar Health standard flooring, sink, and eye wash station.
Lecture Rooms
Lecture Rooms
There are two lecture rooms that can be converted from classrooms to skills training areas. Seating for up to 20 learners.
Flex Training Space
Flex Training Space
There are two flexible training spaces at the clinical simulation Baltimore location. The smaller training space can host up to 30 learners. The larger training space can host up to 80 learners.
