真空微電子實驗室致力於真空電子元件、電子場發射、二維材料、微奈米結構製程與材料電性分析之研究。本實驗室結合真空系統、材料製備、探針技術、電性量測，探索新型電子元件在高亮度電子源、快速切換元件、感測元件與奈米半導體元件上的應用潛力。

The Vacuum Microelectronics Laboratory focuses on vacuum electronic devices, electron field emission, two-dimensional materials, micro/nano fabrication, and electrical characterization of advanced materials. Our research integrates vacuum systems, material synthesis, probe fabrication, and electrical measurement to explore next-generation electronic devices for high-brightness electron sources, fast-switching devices, sensors, and nanoscale semiconductor applications.
