This scholarship supports Texas A&M University System students attending summer intensive Mandarin courses and cultural activities at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) in Taiwan. Applicants must obtain a TOCFL certificate at Novice 2 or above (issued within three years) or complete at least 120 hours of the preparatory Mandarin courses by early May.
