【Important Notice】 All recipients of the Grand Award, First, Second, and Third Place are requested to complete their payment information form by June 9, 2026. International students are required to provide a copy of a valid Alien Resident Certificate (ARC). For recipients in the Undergraduate Team Category, please submit the “Co-author Award Acceptance and Prize Distribution Consent Form” when replying to the email. For detailed submission instructions and guidelines, please refer to the email titled “Important Notice: 2026 Scientific Paper Competition Award Notification and Required Document Submission” sent by this center on May 30, 2026.

📌線上口試設備測試說明  Announcement: Online Oral Examination System Test     (115/5/14公告) 

為確保線上口試順利進行，特安排最終測試時段： 測試日期：5月16日（六）、5月17日（日）， 上午9時至下午6時

如欲參加測試，請事先來信提供：參賽領域、論文編號、姓名、可上線測試之時段

本中心將依來信資訊安排上述期間內之測試時段，再回信通知。

*注意事項： 未參加設備測試者，若正式口試當日發生任何設備或連線問題，須自行負責，敬請留意。

To ensure the smooth operation of the online oral examination, a final system test has been scheduled as follows:

• Test Dates: May 16 (Saturday) and May 17 (Sunday)

• Test Time: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Taiwan Time, GMT+8)

Participants who wish to join the test are required to send an email in advance with the following information:

• Competition category

• Paper ID

• Full name

• Available time slot for testing

Test sessions will be arranged within the above period based on the submitted information, and a confirmation email will be sent accordingly.

*Important Notice:
Participants who do not attend the system test will be responsible for any equipment or connection issues that may occur during the official oral examination. Please take this into consideration.

  Final round schedules are assigned based on the competition category. The exact time slot for each participant will be notified via email.

▶️ 形式｜Format：決賽將以 線上視訊口頭報告 方式進行，並以A1壁報內容進行口試報告，報告語言可使用中文或英文。
The final round will be conducted via online oral presentation. Participants are required to present based on their A1-size poster content. The presentation may be delivered in either Chinese or English.

📌 參賽須知｜Participation Guidelines

▶️ 壁報繳交｜Poster Submission：
請於指定期限內將 A1 壁報（594 mm × 841 mm） 上傳至網路雲端。壁報為決賽評分必要項目，未繳交者視同放棄參賽資格。
Please upload your A1-size poster (594 mm × 841 mm) to the designated cloud storage by the deadline. Poster submission is a mandatory requirement for evaluation; failure to submit will result in disqualification from the final round.

▶️  口頭報告規範｜Oral Presentation Guidelines：
線上口頭報告時間以 3 分鐘為原則，第 2 分鐘響鈴提醒一次，第 3 分鐘再次響鈴並結束報告。評審提問與答覆時間為 4 分鐘，結束時響鈴提示。
Each online oral presentation is limited to 3 minutes. A bell will ring at the 2-minute mark (first reminder) and again at the 3-minute mark to signal the end of the presentation. A 4-minute Q&A session will follow, with a final bell to indicate the end of the session. 

📌 評分原則｜Evaluation Criteria

  評分項目包含：壁報內容呈現、資料完整性、與口頭報告表現等。
  Evaluation will be based on the following: poster presentation, content completeness, and oral presentation performance.

📌 注意事項｜Important Reminder

 決賽評分須包含壁報與口頭報告兩部分。未上傳壁報或未出席口頭報告者，視同放棄參加決賽資格。
Scoring is based on both the poster and the oral presentation. Participants who fail to upload their poster or do not attend their scheduled oral presentation will be considered to have withdrawn from the competition.

二、 決賽重要事項說明 / Final Round Instructions

1. 決賽名單公告 (Announcement of Finalists): 預計於 2026年5月8日（五）於本中心官網公告進入決賽之名單。 

The finalists will be announced on our official website on May 8, 2026 (Friday).

2. 決賽線上口試期間與時段公告 (Oral Examination Period & Schedule): 決賽將於 2026年5月18日（一）至 5月22日（五） 進行；決賽入選者之切確線上口試時段，將於 5月8日 與決賽名單一併公佈。

The Final Round online oral examinations will be held from May 18 to May 22, 2026. Specific time slots for each finalist will be released along with the finalists' list on May 8.

3. 決賽注意事項 (Final Round Guidelines): 所有決賽相關注意事項將於 2026年5月8日 一併公佈。 

All relevant guidelines for the Final Round will be announced on May 8, 2026.

【公告】截止日延期至４/８(三)  Extension Notice: New Deadline – April 8 (Wed) 

重要時程（已延期）

• 報名與資料上傳截止日：4月8日（三）23:59止（逾時不予受理） 

*特別公告 : 本次競賽原定截止日為 3 月 31 日，投稿期限已延長至 4 月 8 日（星期三）23:59；報名與資料上傳截止時間相同。本次為最終期限，將不再另行延長，請務必於期限內完成所有程序。 

Important Dates (Extended)

• Deadline: April 8 (Wed), 23:59 (GMT+8)--Both online registration and the upload of all required documents must be completed by this time.

*Special Notice :  Please be advised that the original deadline of March 31 has been extended to April 8 (Wed), 23:59. This extension applies to both registration and document submission. This is the final deadline, and no further extensions will be granted. Participants are urged to complete all required procedures well in advance to avoid technical delays.
