To support overseas Chinese and international students in successfully transitioning into the Taiwanese job market after graduation, National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) established the website" Experience Career Growth in Taiwan: Career & Employment Hub for International Students " in 2025, with funding from the Ministry of Education’s “Employment guidance for international students enrolled in universities and colleges in Taiwan”

We offers a range of career-focused initiatives, including career counseling, workplace Mandarin courses, career seminars, co-taught courses with enterprises, internships, and company visits. These efforts aim to cultivate international talent aligned with the diverse needs of various industries. Through a structured career support system, we help international students navigate Taiwan’s employment landscape, while also implementing post-graduation employment tracking and strengthening connections between international alumni and their alma mater.

國立中興大學為協助在臺僑外生畢業後順利留臺就業，受教育部「大專校院國際生留臺就業輔導專業化計畫」挹注，建置「國際生留臺職涯與就業輔導」網站，強化在臺僑外生之職涯支持。

職涯活動包涵職涯輔導、職場華語課程、職涯講座、企業共授課程與見習及企業參訪，精準培育多元產業所需之國際人才，透過就業輔導機制，協助國際生掌握臺灣就業資訊，同時落實留臺就業追蹤，強化國際生校友與母校連結。
