How would the number of student classroom learning hours change from the current schedule to 7+Flex?

• • The difference is about 5 minutes less each week with fewer transitions.

Will the 7+ Flex schedule affect lunch?

• • Lunch will remain 22 minutes.

When will extra help be offered?

• • Extra help will be available during Flex Time or between 2:07 and 2:50 on the days without Flex Time.

How will students remember what they sign up for during Flex2-Flex5?

• • There will likely be an app that allows for administration, students and teachers to see where students should be for each day with a flex period.

How will this impact homework?

• • Students will have between 4 and 5 classes each day so homework should be easier to manage.

Can a student take an 8th course instead of participating in Flex Time?

• • No. Courses will not be offered during the flex time.
