Students report getting an average of 6.7 hours of sleep per night, and 11:00pm is the most common weekday bedtime.
In advisory on October 16, 2019, students participated in a conversation and activity related to sleep.
In advisory in December 2018, students participated in the Challenge Success Stress Tree activity. Students were given post-it notes to record a stressor, as well as to record a cause of the stress. The Stress Tree is hanging in the lobby.
