Summer Responsibilities

Summer is for you...

As coaches we hope that each athlete will take time to train and condition, but how that happens is up to each individual athlete.

There is no attendance, no penalty, nor an expectation for any athlete to complete any of the options below.  

Strength and conditioning needs to be intrinsic, but training as a group can also be very motivational.  Each athlete needs to prepare their own way, but the coaches are available for advice if requested.

While there may not be specific expectations on how you train...there is an expectation that you do train.  It is the athlete's responsibility not only to themselves, but their teammates to come prepared physically and mentally to compete.
