ETEEAP
INCOMING NIGHT COLLEGE FRESHMEN AND CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL TEACHER EDUCATION (UNITING) STUDENTS
Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) is an educational assessment scheme which recognizes knowledge, skills, and prior learning obtained by individuals from non-formal and informal education experiences. By establishing equivalency competence standards and comprehensive assessment methodologies, higher education institutions may administer competency-based evaluation. A panel of assessors is convened to determine the candidates’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes relevant to a particular discipline, and consequently, equivalent credits and appropriate certificates, and degrees are awarded by the administering higher education institutions.
An ETEEAP candidate must meet the following qualifications:
Filipino, at least, a high school graduate or must have PEPT equivalent to first year college.
Has, at least, five (5) years of work-related experience.
Must be, at least, twenty-five (25) years old.
Able to show evidence of capability and thorough knowledge through the following evidences:
Certificate of Proficiency issued by the government regulatory board
Certificate of Proficiency issued by the employer(s).
Certificate of Proficiency issued by licensed practitioners in the field of specialization
Must be, at least, in supervisory level for the past two years.
Have good moral character and professional work ethics as certified by past and current employers.
No derogatory records.
No pending ETEEAP application with other institution.

Letter of intent to enroll in any of the programs of ETEEAP
High School card/Form 137/Transcript of Records
Certificate of Employment with job description
Authenticated Birth Certificate/ Affidavit of Birth
Comprehensive Resume
NBI/Barangay Clearance
Recommendation letter from Immediate supervisor
Personality assessment
Accomplished ETEEAP application form
