Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) is an educational assessment scheme which recognizes knowledge, skills, and prior learning obtained by individuals from non-formal and informal education experiences. By establishing equivalency competence standards and comprehensive assessment methodologies, higher education institutions may administer competency-based evaluation. A panel of assessors is convened to determine the candidates’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes relevant to a particular discipline, and consequently, equivalent credits and appropriate certificates, and degrees are awarded by the administering higher education institutions.

An ETEEAP candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Filipino, at least, a high school graduate or must have PEPT equivalent to first year college. 

• Has, at least, five (5) years of work-related experience.

• Must be, at least, twenty-five (25) years old.

• Able to show evidence of capability and thorough knowledge through the following evidences:

  • • • • Certificate of Proficiency issued by the government regulatory board

        • Certificate of Proficiency issued by the employer(s).

        • Certificate of Proficiency issued by licensed practitioners in the field of specialization

• Must be, at least, in supervisory level for the past two years.

• Have good moral character and professional work ethics as certified by past and current employers.

• No derogatory records.

• No pending ETEEAP application with other institution.

Required Documents for Admission:

1. Letter of intent to enroll in any of the programs of ETEEAP

2. High School card/Form 137/Transcript of Records

3. Certificate of Employment with job description

4. Authenticated Birth Certificate/ Affidavit of Birth

5. Comprehensive Resume

6. NBI/Barangay Clearance 

7. Recommendation letter from Immediate supervisor

8. Personality assessment

9. Accomplished ETEEAP application form
