Laura Petrache is a visionary global leader, intercultural expert, and social entrepreneur dedicated to building sustainable communities and fostering global citizenship. With over 15 years of experience in intercultural strategy and peacekeeping missions, Laura brings a unique blend of international insight, agile thinking, and cross-cultural expertise to every initiative she leads. As the founder and director of an Intercultural Training Institute, she has shaped the strategic direction of programs that empower individuals and communities through intercultural education and dialogue. Her work spans continents and cultures, consistently promoting innovation, inclusive pedagogy, sustainable learning, and gender equality.
In her role as President of Arts-Mondes-Cultures, Laura champions cultural diversity and the arts as powerful tools for social cohesion and transformation. She is deeply committed to creating bridges between cultures, fostering synergies among people and communities, and building a more humane and interconnected world through intercultural projects. Laura’s belief that creativity drives innovation, innovation fuels entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship sustains economic growth underpins her approach to leadership and development. As a senior political adviser, she actively supports and guides political figures, contributing to policy and strategy with a focus on social justice, migration, and vulnerable communities.
Her commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is reflected in her ongoing research and fieldwork. Currently, she is engaged in cross-disciplinary studies on the psychological capital of Syrian refugee entrepreneurs in Jordan’s Zaatari Refugee Camp, in collaboration with the American University of Sharjah. Laura has led multidisciplinary teams and implemented community-driven projects that span cultural and gender boundaries. She has coordinated training programs aimed at improving livelihoods using the Sustainable Livelihoods Approach, empowering beneficiaries to harness their strengths and develop new skills. In addition, she supports the European Commission in evaluating Erasmus+ calls, contributing to the advancement of lifelong learning and educational innovation across Europe.
Laura Petrache exemplifies the qualities of a Global Sustainable Leader, a visionary entrepreneur, and a change maker—driven by purpose, guided by values, and committed to creating lasting societal impact.

Dr. Lora L. Yusi stands as a shining exemplar of dedication and excellence in the field of education. A proud product of the public school system, she honed her academic prowess at the prestigious University of the Philippines, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics and Management, respectively.
Her journey with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office III began in 2008, where she served with unwavering commitment as an Education Supervisor II until 2014. Her exceptional skills and dedication did not go unnoticed, leading to her elevation to the role of Chief Education Program Specialist in September 2014.
A beacon of academic brilliance, Dr. Yusi's pursuit of excellence enabled her to achieve the highest score in the Career Executive Service Written Examination (CESWE) administered by the Career Executive Service Board in August 2015. Her academic journey reached new heights when she graduated summa cum laude with a Doctor of Public Administration degree from Don Honorio Ventura State University, underscoring her relentless quest for knowledge and improvement.
Dr. Yusi’s leadership and vision have left an indelible mark on the institutions she has served. As Officer-In-Charge of the Commission on Higher Education and Aurora State College of Technology, she demonstrated unparalleled dedication and expertise. Her exemplary service and visionary leadership culminated in her appointment as Director IV of the Commission on Higher Education by President Ferdinand E. Marcos Jr. on March 14, 2024.

Dr. Gina Opiniano is a Gender and Development (GAD) consultant, researcher, and educator. She holds a Doctorate in Philosophy, major in Philosophy, from the University of Santo Tomas (UST), where she also teaches.
She earned her Master of Arts in Philosophy at the University of the Philippines Diliman and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Saint Louis University. She has served as Chief Education Program Specialist of the Research, Education, and Innovation Division at the Philippine Tax Academy and as Dean of the Office of Student Development at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM).
Her research publications encompass topics related to gender and development, gender mainstreaming in curriculum and research, feminism, philosophy of education, and policy analysis and evaluation.

Dr. Teody Cruz San Andres finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at Baliuag University in 1983. He later completed his Master’s Degree in Education in 1990 at the same institution. He took up a Doctor of Philosophy in Linguistics and Literature at the Philippine Normal University, which he completed in 1995.
By May of 2019, he was conferred the rank of University Professor -- the highest academic rank in tertiary education, and the sole holder of the same rank in Bulacan State University. He has been the President of the Graduate Education Association of Philippine Higher Education Institutions (GEAPHEI) since 2022, and Director of the National Budget Circular III or NBC III, now known as Joint Circular III or JC-3, from 2012 up to the present. He also served as the Vice President of the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators Region III (PAFTE III) from 2014, eventually becoming its President in 2018 until 2020.
In his exhibition of exceptional leadership, he was appointed as the Dean of the BulSU College of Education from June 2013 to October 2016, with his deanship only cut short by his ascent to the position of Vice President for Executive Operations from October 2016 to December 2019; and continuing to serve as the Executive Vice President until August 29, 2023. During this time, Dr. San Andres also took up the mantle of the Dean of the BulSU Graduate School from August 2020 to August 2023. Before this, he dedicated himself as the Executive Director of the Development Council of the State Universities and Colleges - Center for Interinstitutional Research and Policy Studies of Region III (DC SUC III-CIRPS), in 2013 and 2014.
In his dedication to his craft, his career is decorated with awards and recognitions, a few of these are: “Gawad Sulo for Outstanding Alumnus”, from the Philippine Normal University in 2019; “Plake ng Pagpapahalaga bilang Natatanging Lider” (Plaque of Appreciation for an Outstanding Leader) from the Bulacan State University, the same year; “Gawad Dangal ng Plaridel sa Larangan ng Edukasyon” (Plaridel’s Honor Award in the Field of Education) from the Local Government of Plaridel, Bulacan in 2018. By December of 2024, he became a Certified Completer of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Leader and Management Certificate Program. Most recently, he received a Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) in Educational System Management and Leadership from the Thames International University in Paris, France, in May of 2025.
As an esteemed researcher and author, he published close to 40 books and several research articles in various international academic journals. Presently, he serves as the 4th University President of Bulacan State University, where he was appointed on the fateful day of August 30, 2023.

Dr. Ashok Balaraman is a licensed pharmacist with academic credentials in Pharmacy and Human Resources Management, complemented by a post-doctorate in Biomedical Sciences from Charles Sturt University, Australia. He has received prestigious fellowships and scholarships from the Ministry of Human Resource Development and the University Grants Commission in India, as well as international accolades like the Australian Endeavor Research Award and India-ASEAN collaboration grants.
With over 50 publications in peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed journals, Dr. Ashok is a prolific researcher and academician. He currently serves as Director of the Research Management Department at the University of Cyberjaya, Malaysia. His previous roles include Programme Manager for the B Pharmacy La Trobe Programme, Head of Postgraduate Studies & R&D at Asia Metropolitan University, and Head of Praxis, Industry, and Community Management at UCSI University.
His expertise spans research and publication, funding and grants, training, partnerships, and commercialization—driving innovation and excellence across academia and the healthcare sector.

Professor Dr Angela Lee Siew Hoong is a Deputy Dean (Employability & Alumni) at the School of Engineering and Technology, Sunway University, Malaysia. Prof Angela Lee has been developing a data science curriculum for more than 10 years, and she is the key person to introduce the Data Science degree at Sunway University. She was recently awarded the National Outstanding Educator Award and the SAS Global Forum Distinguished Educator Award for the Asia Pacific Category. She regularly speaks at data science conferences. Angela has developed many innovative ways to use analytics and data science tools from the most elementary level to advanced analytics. She teaches Social Media Analytics, Visual Analytics, Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence and has authored many published international journals in the area of churn analytics, sentiment analysis and predictive analytics. Astuti Wijayanti is a lecturer and researcher in the field of Communication Studies. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Udayana (2009–2015) and her Master’s degree in Communication Science from Universitas Dr. Soetomo (2016–2018). Her professional background combines both academic and industry experience. Between 2012 and 2019, she worked in the human resources sector, serving in positions such as General Officer at Psiko Udayana, Branch HRGA at PT Berca Hardaya Perkasa, and Senior HR at PT Bali Towerindo Sentra, Tbk. In 2019, she began her academic career as a lecturer at Universitas Dwijendra, teaching in the Faculty of Communication until May 2025. Since June 2025, she has been a lecturer at Universitas Hindu Negeri I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa Denpasar, Department of Hindu Communication Studies. Her academic interests include human relations, public relations, digital communication, and broadcasting. She is actively engaged in teaching, research, and community service to promote innovation in communication and education.

Dr. Feorillo Petronilo A. Demeterio III is the Director of the DLSU University Research Coordination Office, a full professor of the Department of Filipino of the College of Liberal Arts, and an SDRC research fellow. He obtained his Ph.D. in Philippines Studies at the University of the Philippines-Diliman and his M.A. in Philosophy at the University of Santo Tomas. His research interests are in hermeneutics, cultural studies, Philippine studies, and Filipino philosophy. He has been a visiting research professor at the Council for Research in Values and Philosophy at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. At SDRC, he was a co-investigator in the study “From the Margins to the Mainstream of Society: Transforming the Lives of Workers with Exceptionality, their Co-Workers, Business, Corporate Practices, Polices and the Workplace,” and co-author of From Exceptionality to Exceptional: Inclusion of Differently Abled Persons in the Workplace, the study’s published output.

Fr. Jesus M. Miranda, Jr., OP, PhD, is a religious priest of the Order of Preachers and currently serves as the Vice President for Academics and Research of Colegio De San Juan De Letran - Bataan. He holds advanced degrees in Philosophy, Sacred Theology, and Educational Leadership and Management, earning distinctions such as Summa cum Laude and With High Distinction. A seasoned educator and administrator, Fr. Miranda has held key positions including Secretary General of UST, Regent of its College of Education, and the Prior of the Priory of Saint Thomas Aquinas. He teaches at both UST and De La Salle University, specializing in organizational development, educational leadership, and philosophy of education. He is also a resource person for SEAMEO INNOTECH and serves on the Board of Trustees of UST and the University of the Assumption. His scholarly work includes numerous publications in Philippiniana Sacra, and he contributes as a columnist for The Manila Times.

Stella Maria Jugueta Galang is an educator, a consultant, and a workplace missionary. Her passion is to influence the marketplace in order to see transformed lives through leadership by example, teaching, and coaching. She has been working hard for the last two decades, delivering educational
packages to reach out to diverse groups. She is an example of a true-blooded academician, having graduated with the highest honors for academic excellence in her Doctor of Christian Leadership and in her Master’s in Business Administration. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Industrial Education, and a Master’s degree in Ministry.
Her work experiences include setting up the Guidance and Counseling Center of the University of Regina Carmeli, teaching at the tertiary level for more than 25 years in various colleges. She was instrumental in establishing and bringing to operations the Messiah College Foundation, Inc., and the Global Reciprocal Colleges, where she served as the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Dean of Colleges, respectively. She was also the co-founder and former president of Winners’ World Training Center. And now co-founder and president of Exemplars’ Academy, Inc.
She was one of the driving forces in the revival of the Marikina Shoe Industry when she headed the “Shoe Evolution” Project during her term as Secretary of the National Board for the Students in Free Enterprise. She has served as the Managing Director for Enterprise Development of Women@Work and S.A.R.E.P.T.A. Foundation. She is an active World Teacher of World Teach Philippines, a Leadership Teacher and Trainer for Evangelism Explosion Philippines, and a Head Facilitator of Kairos. She signed in and served as a facilitator of the Global Leadership Summit under the Willow Creek Association of Bill Hybels.
She has written and presented several papers at conferences both locally and internationally. Her international stints are with the World Council for Curriculum and Instruction, where she presented papers at the University of Pecs in Pecs, Hungary (2010) and the National University of Public Service in Budapest, Hungary (2016). She has been invited as a resource person at the Tong Myong University and Seo Kyung University in South Korea, Burapha International University and North Bangkok University in Thailand, and Cosmopolitan College of Commerce and Technology in Brunei Darussalam. She has participated in a round table discussion with the Japan Marketing Association in Tokyo.
Prior to the pandemic, she went to ASEAN + 3 countries, giving lectures and speaking in different fora together with her colleagues at the World Council for Curriculum and Instruction and the Executive Council of Deans and Educators in Business, where she serves as National Secretary and
Treasurer, respectively.
She is a part-time writer, artist, and choir member.
Her most important jobs, however, include being a mother of three professionals and a wife to an ASEAN Road Engineer.
