Accessibility

Louisiana Tech Concert Association concerts and events are accessible and accommodating to our patrons. For further inquiries and assistance, please call the School of Music Office at 318.257.5473 or email music@latech.edu

Tickets and Guest Seating

For the 2023-2024 season, admission to all Louisiana Tech Concert Association events is free of charge. Seating is available on a "first-come, first-served" basis, but some seats may be reserved for special guests.

Louisiana Tech Concert Association events are largely funded by student fees, so current Louisiana Tech University students attend LTCA events free of charge.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

Due to circumstances out of our control, some contracted Louisiana Tech Concert Association performances may be cancelled or postponed, sometimes with little notice. In the event that one of our events needs to be cancelled or postponed, we will post that information on this website, share that information via campus email, and share it with as many other outlets as possible to get the word out.

If Louisiana Tech University is officially closed at the time of a Louisiana Tech Concert Association event, the LTCA event is cancelled; information about rescheduling will be publicized as soon as possible.

Children Attending Events

Children are absolutely welcome to attend Louisiana Tech Concert Association events! For ticketed events, children who are 5-years-old and older will need a ticket for admission. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. To ensure that the performance is enjoyable for everyone, parents may be asked to remove children who are causing disruptions or who are unable to sit quietly.

Concert Etiquette

Louisiana Tech Concert Association events are relaxed and mostly casual affairs, and we want everyone to feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. Please be mindful of the other guests around you. Please silence your cellphone and any other noise-making devices.

Due to U.S. copyright law, photography and audio/video recording is strictly prohibited, either in part or in whole; this includes the use of smartphones with recording capabilities. The Division of Performing Arts may have secured permission to livestream an event (which may be available later online), and an archive recording may be made available in the future through the Prescott Memorial Library.

By attending LTCA events, audience members agree to abide by any of the university's health and safety policies in effect at the time of the concert.
